Qualified and Certified
Next Home Inspector, LLC is qualified as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) by InterNACHI.

To be a CPI one must graduate the Inspector Certificate Program offered through InterNACHI. To maintain a membership and certification I must successfully pass an inspector exam every three years, meet the standards of practice, adhere to a strict code of ethics, and complete 24 hours of continuing education courses annually.

Meet Your Inspector
Neal Caylor has a passion for wanting to enhance the community he grew up in. After graduating college, he began buying and remodeling houses in his hometown. While remodeling, he grew a passion for understanding the critical components of a house and started his educational journey to become a certified inspector. Neal has owned and operated Next Home Inspector, LLC for three years and greatly enjoys helping buyers and sellers alike better understand their next home or property.

When he is not inspecting houses, Neal works for Rathbun Regional Water Association as a water treatment operator, as well as, remodeling homes with some help from his dog Dax. He enjoys traveling with friends and family and would love to visit all of the national parks someday.
