Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it is also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S.

One out of fifteen homes is estimated to have dangerously elevated radon levels. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommends testing all houses. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested for radon and I am certified to test yours.

Breeze Radon Monitor

Next Home Inspector, LLC are trained and certified to use a state of the art radon monitors from Breeze Radon. This unit is placed in your home under closed conditions which allows data to be collected. Radon testing is a two day process taking 48 hours to complete. Following the test you will receive a digital report outlining the results of the test.

What is Next?

The Environmental Protection Agency recommends any Radon levels above

4.0 pico curries/liter have a remediation system installed. Always be sure after installation of a mitigation system another radon test is completed to ensure the new system is working properly.
